What is the shipping cost?

Orders over 300 SEK are shipped free of charge. If the order value is under 300 SEK, a shipping cost of 39 SEK applies.

How long is the delivery time?

We pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days. PostNord then requires about 1-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

My package didn’t arrive?

If a package sent from us does not reach you, it is PostNord that is responsible for handling it. We do not replace packages that disappear in their handling. You can make a report directly to PostNord. Learn more about how to make a report here.

Can I cancel my purchase?

We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal, which is twice as long as recommended by the Distance and Home Sales Act. Contact us by email to report your withdrawal and get the return address with instructions. After you have returned the item and we have checked that it is in unused condition, the value of the goods will be refunded. Return shipping is paid for by you as the customer.

I don’t see my payment adjusted or removed at Klarna?

We cannot make changes to your personal Klarna account. If there is a problem with the payment, please contact Klarna directly. We can assist with the correct information or documentation that may be needed to resolve your case with Klarna.

I just changed my mind, can you stop the delivery?

As long as the package has not been shipped, we can stop the delivery. Contact us by email. If the package is already on its way, you can return the item when it arrives. Contact us for the
correct return address and instructions. Return shipping is cheaper for you if you choose to not pick up the package at your delivery point.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes, you can order from abroad. If the order form does not work for your country, you can place your order by email. We will send you an invoice which you pay in advance. Specify
your name, address, and the desired item in your email order.

Can I remove stains from my metal products from Pot Paws?

Pot Paws metal products have a protective lacquer that prevents oxidation. Wash them carefully with lukewarm
water, dish soap, and a soft cloth. Fertilizer stains should be wiped off immediately to avoid damage to the surface. Products used outdoors will eventually develop rust spots over time, which we see as a patina that gives the product character. Read more about care here.
