PRICES
The prices on www.potpaws.se are updated continuously to always be current. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor including Swedish VAT. We reserve the right for any incorrect information affected by technical or human errors as well as stock availability.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We may choose not to accept your order and reserve the right not to deliver for any reason without any liability towards you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include, but are not limited to, incorrect stock levels shown on the website at the time of receiving the order, incorrect price shown on the website, or if we cannot authorize your payment.
Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. Please note that the confirmation email is only an acknowledgment that we have received your order and not a binding acceptance of your order. A binding contract is entered when we send you a delivery confirmation via email.
Pot Paws does not guarantee that all items available on the website are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is not available, you will be contacted shortly via email. Pot Paws cannot guarantee that the content on the site is free from inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. We also cannot guarantee that all information is up to date and Pot Paws can change the content on the website at any time.
SHIPPING AND ORDER COSTS
Orders of 300 SEK and over are delivered free of charge within Sweden. Orders under 300 SEK have a shipping cost of 39 SEK.
DELIVERIES
Your order is usually shipped within three business days for orders placed before 14:00, provided the item is in stock. After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If the delivery time is longer than three business days, this will be indicated under “product information” on the product page. In case of delays, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost. In case of out-of-stock items and longer delivery times, we will inform you via email within two business days. Delivery times for special order items may vary and will be communicated via email.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages that are not picked up and are returned to us will incur a fee of 350 SEK to cover the costs of shipping to and from as well as administration. It is always cheaper to pick up the item from the pickup point and then pay for the return shipping yourself.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the item is damaged during delivery, this must be reported via email to info@potpaws.se the same day the item is picked up, according to PostNord’s conditions. It is important that you make a complete report to us of any damages. If the outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, this must be reported directly to the pickup point. The outer packaging is intended to protect the items from impact and abrasion, so if the outer packaging is damaged but the contents are intact, the outer packaging has done its job and there is no reason for a claim.
CLAIMS
If the item is defective or incorrectly dispatched, this must be reported to us promptly via email at info@potpaws.se so that we can quickly handle the matter and correct the error. The complaint period must not exceed two months. In the event of a dispute, we commit to following the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). We cover the return shipping cost for approved claims.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY
We use PostNord to deliver our packages. Once the package has left our warehouse and been handed over to PostNord, the responsibility for the delivery lies with them. For missing, damaged, or delayed shipments, we refer you to PostNord’s website to make a claim or report. You can contact PostNord’s customer service via their website for assistance with any issues related to the delivery.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We follow Swedish consumer legislation and apply the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, and we offer an extended return policy of 30 days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via email at info@potpaws.se. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Your notification must be sent within 30 days after receiving the item. We will then confirm and provide return instructions.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For a return, the original packaging and all accompanying documents and parts that came with the product must be undamaged and included, such as the item’s label and brochures. The item must not be visibly used. If these criteria are not met, the product is considered used and incomplete and cannot be returned as a canceled purchase. Send back the items to us without delay and in any event within 60 days from the date you informed us of your desire to cancel your order. You as the consumer are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we have registered the return, a refund or any necessary adjustment to the invoice via Klarna will be made.
PAYMENT METHODS
We offer secure payments through Klarna. When you place your order, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email address when the items are shipped from us. If you prefer to pay for your purchase immediately, you can do so. You can change the payment method after you click “complete purchase” and choose to pay by card or direct payment via your internet bank. Regardless of how you choose to pay, no fees will be added. When paying by invoice, the claim is transferred to Klarna AB. To purchase by invoice, you must provide your Swedish personal identification number. The condition for purchasing by invoice is that you are registered in the Swedish population register and are over 18 years old. A minor credit check is carried out but is not visible in the history for other companies. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of the amount allowed by law, currently 60 SEK, and late payment interest of 24% + applicable reference interest will be charged. Orders registered fraudulently will be reported to the police. If you choose to pay by invoice, you have the option to split your payment by changing the payment method to Klarna Account after you click “complete purchase.” Klarna’s other terms can be found as a link from our checkout.

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by or licensed to Pot Paws and its subsidiaries. You are only authorized to use this material for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use of the website or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from Pot Paws.
